The primary aim of the project is to improve transparency and accountability at self-government level. The project aims to strengthen grassroots CSOs’ role and capacities in monitoring the implementation of the Law 119/2014 “On the right to information” at local self-government level, through monitoring and evaluating the Transparency Program in 12 municipalities (Shkodër, Lezhë, Kukës, Dibër,Durrës, Tiranë, Elbasan, Korçë, Fier, Berat, Vlorë, Gjirokastër). The implementation period of the project is 15 months- January 2020-April 2021.
