Democratic planning and management instruments aim to address in a short-term period the challenges faced by both Roma and Egyptian target communities. Their vision is to promote a higher degree of social and economic integration for members of both communities at the local level. Plans serve as a guiding mechanism for actions that need to be taken by local and regional actors to address the obstacles and barriers that impede the two communities in securing a dignified life. The plans are in Albanian only.
