The publication “20 years of Security Sector Reforms in Albania – Towards a new generation of reforms”, was published by IDM in the framework of the National Conference with the same title which took place during March 15-16 2012, in the premises of Polytechnic University of Tirana.
The publication constitutes a compilation of the main speeches of the guest speakers, as well as a brief summary of all the presentations and the conclusions of each panel concerning the main seven topics that the conference was focused, more specifically: Executive Management, Parliamentary Oversight, Public Oversight, Independent Oversight, Judiciary Oversight.
