Olgerta Puta currently hold the position of Senior Finance & Administrative Officer at the Institute for Democracy and Mediation. She is responsible on tracking grant financial reporting, preparing and update payroll, and banking, preparing financial reports in line with donor requirements and templates, review the sub grantee financial reports, prepares and monitors procurement processes.

Before joining IDM, she worked as a Finance Manager since August 2006 for national and international organizations, namely Jesuits Association, Albania Ornithological Association – AOS and National Association for Life – SHKEJ. Her experience over the years helped her to gain extensive knowledge in the civil society sector and in various duties including financial management of programs and project planning, budgeting, procurement process, evaluation and monitoring process; preparation of quarterly/yearly basis financial statements.

Olgerta has graduated in Business Administration / Public Administration at the University of Tirana. She hold/participated in the 2-year Socio-Political Professional course organized by Magis and for several years she was a volunteer and Chef Scout witch the focus is in the formation of the person in community life, service, human values.
