Project description:
This project is designed to serve the improvement and consolidation of good governance, efficiency of anti-corruption legal instruments and, ultimately, improvement of rule of law through the enforcement of whistleblowing in Albania.
More specifically, this project aims to make an assessment of Albania’s legal framework and adaptability of whistleblowers’ legal category, based on needs and challenges of the Albanian context and international best practices.
