This project aims to transform the until now IDM’s undertaken community actions in the city of Shkodra into a self-sustainable reality, by further developing social cohesion through concrete empowerment of both citizens and local government, through building institutionalized public-private partnerships, consolidating the already existing structure of the Community Liaisons (Village Elders) in the city of Shkodra and establishing a Local Trust Fund with the contribution of both public and private actors.
