Anahi is the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at the Institute for Democracy and Mediation. She is responsible to design and implement IDM’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system at the organizational level, integrating MEL related practices and processes across programme teams.
Anahi is specialized in monitoring and evaluation of interventions and projects with more than 10 years of international work experience in the public sector, civil society, and academia. Her expertise focuses in developing, planning, and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, procedures, frameworks, and tools that inform and support management, steering, and decision-making.
Anahi holds an MPA (International Development) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor in Economics from the Centre of Research and Teaching of Economics (CIDE).
She is fluent in English, Albanian, and Spanish.
