Tirana / July 6-8 2010

During July 6-7-8 2010, in the premises of AGNA Group, took place the training of trainers in Results Based Management. This is the second training in the framework of introducing and applying Results Based Management methodology for organizational and management purposes in the non-governmental organizations, public institutions and businesses.

The training was conducted by Pia  Sassarsson Cameroon, senior consultant from Stockholm International Consulting Group.

The training provided in depth knowledge and capacity building for the staff of IDM in different aspects such as developing a project/plan based on the main results and objectives, understanding Logical Framework Matrix, mechanisms of reporting, monitoring and evaluation system etc.

The training was supported by AGNA Group, a partner of IDM in future initiatives.
