Security sector reform in Albania: Challenges and failures since the collapse of communism

Institute for European Policy, published the report “Democracy Delayed: Obstacles in Political Transition Security sector reform in Albania: Challenges and failures since the collapse of communism”.

This is a compilation of reports on democracy reforms in the countries in transition such as Albania, Georgia, Belaurus, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Kirgystan and lessons from each experience.

In this framework IDM researchers,  Mariola Qesaraku and Besnik Baka prepared  the report: Security sector reform in Albania: Challenges and failures since the collapse of communism, which was part of this publication.
