Monitoring of OGP National Action Plan 2012-2013 Implementation

At the end of the implementation of the 2012-2013 Action Plan, one independent monitoring exercise has been undertaken by the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) in October 2013.

The report was released in connection with “Advocacy for Open Government: Civil society agenda-setting and monitoring of country action plans,” an EU-funded PASOS project intended to encourage governments in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Serbia to become more transparent.
