Policy Forum: The role of civil society in dismantling state capture in Albania

This policy forum is part of the series of policy forums organised by IDM and Hanns Seidel Stiftung, office of Tirana. This forum will bring together civil society activists, policy makers, media representatives and international partners to discuss on the role of civil society in the fight against corruption and dismantling of state capture in Albania.
Following the publication of the PAR Monitor Albania 2019/2020, the WeBER 2.0 team presents the findings of three policy briefs based on the “red flagged” issues identified in the monitoring of the public administration reform in Albania during 2019/2020.
Findings and policy recommendations will be presented in a national event, attended by representatives from state institutions involved in the Public Administration Reform, the National Working Group on PAR Albania, civil society, media representatives and international partners. The event will be held in a hybrid mode (in person and online), in December 2021. Due to COVID-19 health protocol, a limited number of 10 persons will be able to attend the forum in person.
