Tirana, 17/11/2023 – The Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) invites all interested companies to submit a Proposal for Event Management Service.
Several project opportunities for profiling key stakeholders (SIDA, UNDP, WEBER, SMART Balkans, ABA Rol, US Embassy, GCERF etc.) and project activities are anticipated, these include launch events, workshops, media briefings etc.
A need was therefore identified for the services Event Management consultancy on a retainer basis to support the planning and execution of effective project communication and event management.
To provide effective and professional services on event management of IDM’s conferences, seminars, meetings and other events (hereinafter ‘events’) in Albania and Kosovo.
This call for proposals includes the following documents:

• Annex 2 – Format of technical proposal
• Supplier code of conduct
