Duration: 1 December 2015 – 31 August 2017
“Project Citizen against Corruption 2016” intends to increase awareness among younger generations about corruption, but also to educate them to become active fighters against this negative phenomenon which threatens the very existence of a democratic society. The ultimate result is to mould a personality who is aware of the threats posed by corruption to the public well-being and state security, intolerant towards the manifestation of corruption, able in seeking to eliminate the latter.
The project will be implemented with students of grade 10 and/or 11 in all public high schools in the cities of Shkodra, Kukës, Elbasan, Berat and Vlora.
The project is financially supported by the Democracy Commission Small Grants Program of US Embassy in Tirana.
