Publication of the Training Module for Public Consultation for Central Government Institutions.
Increasing effectiveness and awareness of the public consultation process in central government institutions is at the heart of the “Fostering Transparency and Good Governance” initiative by the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), supported by the National Endowment for Democracy.
As part of providing technical assistance to central government institutions, IDM experts have developed the Training Module for Public Consultation. This module was piloted in collaboration with the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), during March-May 2023, and 40 civil servants of central government institutions benefited from the training cycles and were certified by ASPA.
To ensure continuity in the training of public administration at all levels on public consultation issues, the module will be included in ASPA’s programs.
