Jonida Dyrmishi is a Project Coordinator of the SMART Balkans project at the Institute for Democracy and Mediation.

Jonida completed her Master of Science studies in Law at the University of Tirana. She has an extensive experience in managing grant projects in benefit of civil society organizations, but not only. She has gained over 15 years of professional experience in the public sector in Albania where she has worked in various roles such as: Procurement Specialist for IPA Funds, Head of Sector for Contracting and Implementation of IPA Projects and Director for Contracting and Monitoring the Implementation of IPA Projects, under the indirect management mode for IPA funds in Albania, working for the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

She speaks Albanian (native), English, Italian and has an intermediate level knowledge of French.
