Ina Shënplaku holds a MSc degree in Public Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, and a BA degree in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. She joined the IDM team in the role of the Project Officer. Ina has worked as an innovation and project expert at AIDA, contributing to and assisting the needs of Startups, Youth, and young entrepreneurs, several project proposals, and serving as administrative support. She has a keen interest in innovation, young entrepreneurship, and start-ups, and she has worked as a European junior expert on startups and SMEs.
