Manual on the establishment and functioning of citizens’ observatory

Citizens’ participation in decision-making is one of the main components of a democracy.
The basis for the development of mechanisms aimed at increasing citizens’ participation is the local level decision making.
To encourage participation, IDM has developed a Manual on the Establishment and Functioning of the Citizens’ Observatory in the framework of the project “Encouraging Citizen Participation in Local Decision-Making through Creation and Functioning of Local Observatories”.
