Working Together: Benefits and Challenges

Institute for Democracy and Mediation organized two seminars “Working Together: Benefits and Challenges” in Shkodra on 19 June 2014 and Lezha on 20 June 2014 in the framework of the project “Empowering Women Economic Growth in Shkodra and Lezha Regions through Women Economic Clusters Capacity Building Development” funded by Regional Development Programme Northern Albania. These activities aimed to raise the awareness and strengthen the individual capacities of women entrepreneurs in the economic clustering approach and aggregation of production. Issues on potentials of economic clusters and advantages for women economic growth in Shkodra region were discussed during the seminars.
