In its attempt to help consider the National Security Strategy as instrumental to confidence building and cooperation at regional and international level, this event tends to propose guidance to implementing institutions and support the development of a consensual approach for an effective national security policy that involves a broad institutional spectrum and other important actors from civil society.

(The conference is coordinated together with the inter-ministerial expert working group for the drafting of the document of National Security with the participation of senior political and non political officials at public administration, top-ranking civil servants at independent institutions as well as security experts from universities, academia, think tank institutes and media.)
