Partnership is being developed between IDM with senior consultants from Stockholm International Consulting Group to capacity building and introducing Results Based Management as a governance model in public and private sector institutions in Albania. After a successful presentation of IDM senior experts together EU Police Assistance Mission in Albania and the US Justice Department Program ICITAP to senior police leaders at the national level, IDM is continuing putting serious commitment and resources to in-house capacity building.
Thus, after a two days training delivered with key IDM staff on 7-8 of June 2010, IDM staff is undergoing a complye course of training of trainer program on July 6-7-8, developed by Pia Sassarsson Cameron, senior consultant from Stockholm International Consulting Group.
On June 9th, in a meeting organized with senior leaders of Ministry of Innovation and Communication Technology, IDM and Stockholm International Consulting Group experts presented to the officials the opportunity to lay the RBM in the public administration structures, a necessity to improve institutional performance and fulfill government obligations. Meetings took place in this framework with Minister Genc Pollo and senior experts of Department of Strategy and Donor Coordination at the Council of Ministers.
