Sheila Hafizi is a project assistant focusing on security issues, good governance and democracy. Sheila has helped IDM in projects such as “Governance Trust Poll” 2018 and she was one of the field coordinators for “Governance Trust Poll” 2019. Her interests are focused in the security and anti-corruptions areas as well as good governance.

Before joining IDM, Sheila worked as an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Department of the Region and Neighboring Countries.

She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Mediterranean University of Albania. She continued her postgraduate studied and holds a M.Sc. degree in International Relations from the same University.

She is fluent in Albanian, English and also has knowledge in the Italian and Spanish languages.
