Sara Kelmendi works as a Project Officer and Researcher at the IDM. Her main research interests are security issues, nationalism and state-building.

Ms. Kelmendi holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Epoka University in Tirana. She has been engaged in the civil society sector for five years, contributing in various projects by providing research and administrative support.

Sara is fluent in Albanian (native), English and French and has an intermediate level of German.
