Irma Semini is IDM’s Monitoring and Evaluation expert and researcher. Her main interests are social inclusion, youth engagement and migration.

Before joining IDM, Irma worked over 6 years as M&E Officer at World Vision Albania and Kosovo, a child-focused humanitarian and development organization, where she ensured that all projects/programs have meaningful and useful M&E plans and that grants reporting are in alignment with donor requirements. She has a wide experience in writing assessments and situational analysis, as well as preparing reports and running data analysis for baseline and evaluation processes. Furthermore, Irma is part of trained pool of professionals in responding to emergencies and recovery interventions in the humanitarian context.

Irma is a former Erasmus Scholar holding a MA in Sociology from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic and BA in Sociology from the University of Tirana. She holds several scholarships and is experienced as assistant lecturer on social sciences courses.
