In the context of an IDM advocacy effort, this series of papers bring together regional experiences on lessons learnt and expertise from EU member states, offer alternatives and urge Albanian Parliament to move boldly towards improved performance in the context of EU accession and help its standing Parliamentary Committee on European integration (PCEI) to acquire the profile of a resourceful, influential and experienced parliamentary chain which is able to deliver on expectations for quality and broad consent over EU accession reforms.
