Manual on trilateral cooperation: Civil Society – Local Government – Business Community

This manual forms a good ground of knowledge on the development of cooperation between local government, civil society and the business community.

Simply put, partnerships can be understood as close cooperation with one or several other organizations to achieve a common goal.

In this context, “partnership” is a valid instrument or “an organizational model” , to overcome the weaknesses of the policy and governance framework.
