The non-completion of the agricultural land registration process is related not only to the agricultural land ownership titles acquired on the basis of legal and by-laws, but also the procedural aspects or bureaucratic processes that have accompanied this prolonged process.
This analysis aims to address the relevant recommendations for law-enforcement institutions for the improvement and effective implementation of the legal and by-laws in force “On the completion of the process of registration of agricultural land ownership titles”. especially in relation to the property rights of women, as members of the agricultural family.
