The social gap that exists in Albania between women and men is more evident and more pronounced in rural areas. From this point of view, what are the causes that influence the deepening of this gap and what measures can be found to mitigate these effects?
The role of women in the economic development of rural areas is already known. Entrepreneurship and the processing of products on their part remain a phenomenon that not only increases the level of income in the family but also its economic role. The woman is an equal member of the agricultural family and enjoys the right of co-ownership with the other members, but we rarely find her as the head of this family.
