Nesila Koka is a project manager at IDM, focusing mainly on projects on community resilience, countering violent extremism, etc.
Since 2014, she has been involved in the management of several projects from her previous experience in local government unit and civil society organizations in the field of disability.
Her experience with local governance, project development and implementation, networking and youth work are key elements for the well implementation of projects in 9 local governance units on a multi-stakeholder approach with public and private local institutions. Building on the previous experience of School as a Community Center model and working in close collaboration with local actors to create community resilience.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Master in Social Affairs from the University of Tirana, fluent in foreign languages such as English and Italian.
