The Guide “Towards a new Code of Ethics of State Police” was prepared by IDM in the framework of the Project “Building Police Iintegrity in Albania, supported by Matra Program for civil society of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Tirana. The document is intended to assist efforts and the process of drafting a new Code of Ethics of Albanian State Police.
