The Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM) is implementing the project “Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Compliance in Eastern Europe”, with the support of the U.S Department of State, through the American Bar Association – Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI). The aim of the project is to enhance Albania’s anti-money performance.
OBJECTIVE, PURPOSE & EXPECTED RESULTS
The engagement involves designing and creating audiovisual content, specifically video tutorials, to illustrate the anti-money laundering compliance strategy for real estate intermediaries. The aim is to present the key elements of this strategy in a clear and accessible format for the target audience. There will be three short video tutorials, each lasting up to one and a half minutes, which will highlight the main compliance requirements outlined in the strategy. The service provider will collaborate closely with the project team and partners to extract relevant content from existing materials, which will then be used to develop these tutorials.
The primary objective is to offer the target audience easy access to important AML resources, ensuring alignment with Albanian laws and regulations. The expert will be tasked with preparing the material for publication.
The development will begin immediately and the engagement will be carried out during September 2024.
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Visual Arts: Possesses a strong foundation in visual arts, including formal education and practical experience, which supports a deep understanding of aesthetic principles, design techniques, and creative processes.
- Experience in Design and Content Creation: Demonstrates substantial experience in both design and content creation, with a proven track record of developing compelling visual and multimedia content that effectively communicates key messages and engages target audiences.
- Team Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, including effective communication, coordination, and the ability to contribute to collective goals while respecting diverse perspectives and skills.
- Timeliness and Adherence to Deadlines: Highly organized and capable of adhering to established timelines and deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet the required quality standards.
