Project’s description

The project consists of two components. The first component will consist on the assessment of the codes on ethics in order to determine the approach to ethics by analyzing their contents, to assess the ethics infrastructure, and to assess the level of internalization and impact of the ethical approaches. In addition recommendations and policy advice will be provided on improving the approach to ethics and ethics infrastructure accordingly. The second component will consist on advocating for the improvement of the framework on ethics with the targeted institutions and stakeholders.

Objective: The project is designed to strengthen the integrity of the public administration in Albania through the improvement of the regulatory framework on ethics.

Specific Objective 1: Conduct an assessment of the ethical framework governing the ethics of Albanian public servants and produce recommendations for improvement.

Specific Objective 2: Raise the awareness and advocate for the improvement of the framework that regulates the ethics with targeted institutions and stakeholders.
