Policy Brief: Scaling up community structures in Albania: Setting the agenda for change

This policy brief offers an overview of the challenges in the implementation of community organization under the new Law on Local Self Government (Articles 68 and 69). It also serves as future action to tackle the pitfalls and challenges that actors might face towards an enabling environment for a functional model of community structures.

This policy brief was carried out in the framework of the Tirana Speaks/Albania Speaks, implemented during the period May 2016-May 2017, financed by LevizAlbania programme.
